- People Directory: allows you to add, amend subscriber details including in managing the different access levels & business areas.
- Destination Directory: allows you to differentiate between private and business calls. The Administrator does not need to manually check private and business calls, as it will be identified for you through the destination report.
- Mobility Profiles: allows the organization to define the acceptable usage for devices and contracts. It enables you to specify what type of traffic is expected for devices associated to a specific mobility profile. Mobility Profiles also permits you to set the system to send notifications and escalations, which notifies your employees and their managers and helps you curb excessive usage and spend.
