If your company doesn’t yet have people loaded into Sim Management Platform , then you should rather download a blank directory template.

 

From the landing page of CCSS Portal, click on the ‘Directories’ tab in the menu bar. Then, click on the ‘People’. This will take you to the ‘People Directory’ page.

 

To export the whole people directory, simply click on the ‘Export People’ icon to start the download. Alternatively, you can export some of the people directory by first selecting filter items to include only those people you want in the spreadsheet. Then you can click on the ‘Export People’ icon.

 

Save the Excel spreadsheet to a location of your choice.

  

Kindly note: Exporting the people directory does not affect Sim Management in any way. You can export the people directory as often as you like, with as many filters as you like.
